Pros:
Whatever type of chef you decide to be, you will make good money. Of course, private chefs do tend to have a higher salary. In this industry, you can be yourself and show your own unique style in whatever you do. It is very easy to become a chef. You need a minimum if two years of education depending on what field you deide to go into. There are different styles of cooking to choose from whether it's italian, spanish, french, chinese, japanese, etc. Or even just a pastry chef.


Cons:
Being a chef means making sacrifices. It is not easy to find work even after acquiring a certificate. You also have to be prepared to be working long hours. Though the pay is good, sometimes you may not get payed. Make sure you do exactly what your client says to avoid not being payed. For being a personal chef, you must really publicise yourself in order to gain clients or else you may not recieve any income at all... Publicity is very important.
